When we first contacted Alicia in March 2008, we told her were ready to purchase a house in New Orleans and would fly into town in a couple of weeks to see all she had to show us. We identified numerous parameters and refined them over the next couple of weeks via phone and email. By the time we got into town our search was going to be significant and Alicia gave us over 8 hours per day for 4 straight days. We found several great homes that would work. Alicia then stayed with us to negotiate the best deal possible until we got the deal we wanted. As we weren't moving in for another few weeks that gave us time to have the house changed to accommodate our individual needs. Alicia went all out finding us contractors and oversaw the entire process so that when we got to town all of the hard work was done.
